- Label Processing Time: Defined as the median number of days it takes to process your application (in calendar days)—from the time we receive it until we either approve or reject it. This includes any time spent sending electronic applications back and forth for correction.
- Now Processing New Applications Received On: New applications are those we have not yet reviewed. We review label applications in the order we receive them; however, applications resubmitted for correction always take priority over new applications. If you submitted your application on or after the date in the chart, then we have received your application but have not yet assigned it to a specialist.
