## Why We Publish This

If you're using COLA Cloud to work with alcohol product data, this reference helps you understand the regulatory framework behind that data. Every COLA record in our database exists because of the regulations documented here — label requirements, product classifications, and approval procedures are all defined in these source materials.

We believe making regulatory content more accessible benefits the entire industry. The raw materials are published by a US government agency and are in the public domain.
